The cover photo? Never. I change the profile picture as often as the mood strikes me.

Personally, I only change it once every 2 months or so. If there's a show I was in, or a party I went to, and there are pictures, I'll usually pick the coolest one, and make that my cover photo! But I don't change it all the time. Same goes for my profile pic, but I change that more frequently.
