Why my twitter account is block?

I have a twitter account. I follow 2001 people and 226 people accept my request . But now it don't allow me to follow people? What can i do to solve that?

If your account is blocked, Twitter may have thought you're spamming by following a lot of people. Someone might have reported your account so to have it solved, you have to contact Twitter.
