Can I still get another Twitter account?

I had a Twitter account before and used my e-mail for it and now when I try to Put my email in box it says someone all ready has that email and it's my email!

Use a different email address.

Try to log in again and click on forgot
password.
http://twitter.com/login/
and they will send an email with a code in it
for you to click on.
If you don't see it try the Spam folder.
