How can I make a picture smaller to set as my default on twitter ?
I keep trying to change it but it says "maybe it's too big." The max is 700k but I have no clue how to look at how big something is or how to make it smaller for twitter. Help ?

Use a photo editor and look at the file info. Then resize it to fit your needs.

Right click on ot, Properties,this gives you the size, then use this. http://www.shrinkpictures.com/
