I need help on Twitter? What does 'Maximum size of 700k' mean? How do I get that size, is it smaller than KB?

Yeah. I just need to know what that means because I have a photo that is 29.7KB and it says it MIGHT be too big.
Can you tell me what 700k is?
Smaller than 700kb?

I can imagine that some webmasters will come on here and give you a few pages of a book on the Binary System, but I'll just give you the summary.

OK, 99.999% of websites use a system called the Binary System.
It is simple to use and understand.

Typically, units follow this order:

KILOBYTE (KB) {Smallest Unit Possible}
MEGABYTE (MB)
GIGABYTE (GB)
TERABYTE (TB)
PETABITE (PB) {Largest Unit Possible} {You will never find this online!}

There are 1024 PARTS to EACH KB.
There are 1024 KB's to EACH MB.
There are 1024 MB's to EACH GB
There are 1024 GB's to EACH TB
There are 1024 TB's to EACH PB

So....
700k is 700KB (The same as a Kilobyte) So, it allows 1024 Megabytes. So, long story short, YOUR FILE SHOULD BE ALLOWED!

Since 29.7 KB < (is less than) 700 KB.

I am not sure why Twitter told you what it did. It may be a fluke, but it's not anything that I can find, I looked!
