How do I sell my tee shirts?
Is there a business that makes the tee shirts that I want to design and sell?

My boyfriend makes T-shirts. He has the equipment and the product. What kind of T-shirt designs are you thinking?

You have many options available to you to sell your Tee shirts. If you have a nice sized family, you can have them advertise by "word of mouth." If you have a Facebook, account, I would suggest that you take High quality pictures of the Tee shirts with wither people wearing them or mannequins or neatly stretched out on a table with a contrasting background, then post them on your Facebook photo page then suggest from your main page that people go take a look at them. Don't forget to tell them how to get in touch with you for purchasing. Include whether you charge for shipping or is it free. You can also get your own domain to host your items. Having your own domain gives you a presence on the web, then you will need to send traffic to your site, but this can also be done through social media unless you're in a hurry to sell many Tee shirts quickly. Then you will need advertising dollars and a low priced domain to host your site and maintain it for you. The nice thing about a hosting site is it runs 24/7 and needs little input from you, once it's up and running.

You might try this hosting site, for starters.

Hi,
You can promote your business through professional websites or social network such as Facebook or Twitter. If you need more, please contact me at cecilia.ho@service-one.com.au.

Have you considered online marketing? Online marketing is the trendy thing to do nowadays, whether through social media sites like FB or Twitter or through online listing websites, you can really expose your business to the right consumers who would be interested in the type of t-shirts you will be selling. The best part about online marketing is it's free, if done correctly. Also, since you're not outgoing, you can communicate with potential customers through the computer screen, eliminating the need for one on one marketing.

Create a Facebook page for your business to increase awareness. Also, you should list your business online, specifically on websites that direct users to local businesses in their area. Zipzoom.com is actually a pretty cool online service; it is an online shopping website where users/customers can search for local businesses that offer products and services ranging from babysitters to electricians to flowers. Users can communicate directly with businesses they choose to buy services/products from after getting recommendations from zipzoom.com, and from there, your business can gain business. Usually, I believe they charge vendors for signing up, but since they're new, they are offering a special promotion for vendors who are interested: register as a vendor for free. It's a good option for those who are on a tight budget but still need exposure to grow their business. If this is something that appeals to you, you should just try it out and see what happens.

Let me know how it works out! Hope that helped.
