How to upload a gif as your twitter background?

How to upload a gif as your twitter background?
I have did it before, my background is a gif image. Now when i want to replace it with another gif image, it tells me ''Your background can not be animated'' What do i do?

While there might be browser hacks, I don't believe it is possible to upload an "animated" GIF image that other users will be able to see, however you can upload a GIF up to 800k in size.
