It depends on the nature of the video. If it involves, or is inciting, some illegal activity then the police will probably be aware of it. Not everyone who claims to be representing "Anonymous" is actually anything to do with "Anonymous" some are just criminals who feel they can operate openly by claiming to be "Anonymous".

The authorities probably know about those videos, tweets and other things that say they are from anonymous but anybody could be making those. There are a lot of wannabe's around.

25 people who police think are from anonymous were arrested around the world yesterday - http://articles.cnn.com/2012-02-29/world...=PM:EUROPE - but probably not because of anything posted on YouTube or Twitter.
