Site that would link or integrate with Facebook, twitter, youtube?

I want to make a site that would link with Facebook fanpage, twitter account and youtube accout for videos.
I want to have any news updates on my site be reflected on Facebook or twitter.

What do you think I could use?

I was thinking about Drupal or Joomla, but I am not sure which I should pick. I am somewhat familiar with both of them, but I want to hear opinion of others.

don't know about joomla.

Also for social networks there are many services for re-posting posts. For example, i am use for submitting to twitter from my site this service: http://twitterfeed.com/
