Can Somebody Hack Your IP Address Through Youtube?
So my twitter and youtube was hacked by somebody who was spamming my twitter with iPhone and android stuff and how I love my iPhone (I don't even own a iPhone) and my youtube was hacked with whomever hacked it liking and subscribing to weird users and videos about hacking into youtube and twitter accounts.

If whoever hacked my account is there any possible way they could find out my IP and my location and where I live? or is it impossible for them to optain that sort of information?

I'm kinda scared and have been trying to fix this problem all day

I think this has something to do with my samsung tablet because ever since It start working and I used it last night this morning all this hacking went down. There was also certificate notifications on the tablet that I might have ignored by mistake!

anyways I changed my password for my accounts hopefully that's good but I'm scared about the IP stuff.

I know I posted a lot about this earlier but I'm still trying to figure out stuff

I think changing the passwords should help. Usually this kind of "hacking" happens because you clicked on someone else's "hacked" message. For example, sometimes on Facebook you'll see status updates from people like, "I can't believe she did this!" with a video linked to it. Some of these are illegitimate and if you click the "video" your status will update to say the same thing. It sounds like a case of phishing, not hacking, where a bot gets hold of your password and uses it to phish for others by broadcasting spam messages.

Of course they can, if someone is meaning to. I can tell you how, but it absolutely can.

Simply put, No. You tube it's self can't even get your IP address without a court order. It's almost impossible to hack an IP address. To be able to do that would take mad skills and a work of God. Your IP address is protected by law. It's also protected by your service providers mega firewall. You have nothing to worry about as far as that is concerned.

Don't take this the wrong way. Not jumping on you. Just telling you the truth. It's your fault if your accounts were hacked. The only way a person can hack your accounts is if you use the same pass word for everything, Make a weak one, Four digits or less is asking for it. Using your name, There are a lot of pass words that are common. Look it up. Common pass words. To make strong pass words you need 7 to 10 digits. Something like this, 1t5jHp4UTz. A pass word something like this is almost impossible to crack.

Most people are bad to use their names. Jenny41. Easy to crack. But if you do it like this its way harder. Before they can crack this the server will kick the person out. JeN1941corD8

Make sure your firewall is up to the task. Don't expect much for free. For the most part you get what you pay for. If you use a free antivirus and firewall you're asking for it. If you like going to places on the net that are very popular you need to make sure your computer is up to the task. A fully patched computer is almost impossible to hack or infect. Make sure you have all your security patches. Be smart. The internet is more dangerous than most know or will admit.
