it looks like this:  and people always put it with their posts and its with some peoples names

It means someone on your follow list retweeted (or re-posted) a tweet someone else made. It's the Twitter site's new way of showing Retweets from the original author rather than needing the retweeter to directly edit the tweet with RT in front of it.
