I'm extremely sad, because I felt a real connection to Panic at the Disco and what they had to say in their lyrics, be it AFYCSO or Pretty. Odd.
Something really great came from those boys when they were together; a vibe, almost, a happy one. They always brightened my day with their humor and witty comments in interviews and whatnot.
I have a huge love for all those boys, but I felt that the most with Ryan. Now Jon and him are leaving, and I really don't know how to react.

I'm sure Brendon and Spencer will try and keep strong with the band to make their fans happy. All we can do is wish all four of them the best of luck and move on. As the article states, yes, tastes change. I'm sure they'll still be friends, and I guess we should be thankful.

Yes, unfortunately Ryan and Jon split and are starting their own band due to "creative differences".
Brendon and Spencer are still in Panic but its crushing to know they wont have their main lyricist in the band anymore.
It feels like it's not going to be the same.
At least they are splitting on good terms and aren't in a major fight with each other.
