How do I disconnect my Twitter account from another computer?

I left it open in my sister's phone, and now she is tweeting from it! I don't want to delete the account, because it is my personal one, all I want to do is find a way to take her out from there!

You need to change password of your twitter account. As soon as you change your account password, Your sister will becomes logout from your twitter account when she navigate or place new tweet.
