Is it safe to access Twitter via iPhone?

So far I've had hacking and spamming issues with using twitter on my iPhone. I deleted my account after doing everything I could to beat the hacking and failed. I have a new account now ( @DorkMasterFresh not to spam my twitter, but just so ya know) and I'm afraid using it from my iPhone will get me hacked again...what can I do to prevent hacking and is it safe to use it from my iPhone again?

Change your password into a really really hard one. And don't let anybody use your phone lol. I use twitter on my iPhone and I'm not having any problems.
