what does my dream mean?

well first of all I was at my house with my sister and some friends, and some of the friends were these two british guys that are kind of famous on twitter, henry and steven. this sounds really dumb, but i got a text from Louis Tomlinson's girlfriend, Eleanor,(she was like a older sister in the dream, but not really a sister, a good friend) and she was like talking to me about a problem she was having with a friend, coincidentally the friend was named Hannah, and one of my best friends is named hannah, and one of my best friends older sister's name is hannah, so i think it was one of them.
and then Eleanor texted me saying she'll be over soon to help me get ready for prom. so I'm guessing all of my friends were at my house to get ready for or to go to prom or something.
but then henry suggested going somewhere right before Eleanor got there but I like stayed back and waiting with a friend or two for her to get to my house. ever since that dream, I've had other dreams involving her and I feel like I have some sort of a connection with her or something. but like I don't even think of her much...
