Twitter (mobile) won't let me send direct messages... Help!?
Ok so I'm trying to send a direct message to someone on twitter and it wont let me! I know it's not because they don't follow me because I've sent direct messages to people who don't follow me.. So what's up? Thx for your help!

This could be the technical problem... Report it to the service to get things fixed...
