Help ive been hacked on myspace?

someone hacked my myspace,yahoo,twitter, and facebook go to this link its my myspace http://www.myspace.com/xzebraliciousx what sshould i do i cant log in my myspace and they stole a yahoo ive had for years that has alot of info in it

well first if at all possible shut down all of those accounts if that doesn't work then you might have to contact those websites and ask them what to do or go to like geek squad and ask them to help you out they really help my sister had a really bad virus on her computer that said it would leak all of her information but we got the geek squad and they got it off so give them try if nothing else.
