I Was Hacked On Twitter?

I was in school and I signed in to my Twitter account on someone's Android. He won't sign out of it now when he told me he did and is tweeting stuff from my account and I've already lost a lot of followers thanks to him. Changing my password won't help because it's on his phone and I don't think you can sign out on a phone. What can I do, I have celebrities following me on that account and I'm pretty sure they won't follow a new account!
