facebook account hacked, what do i do?

ok i know i have to make my password harder but anything other suggestions? and have any good ideas for passwords? (like not literally but suggestions)

use combination's of letters, numbers, and also alternate between upper case and lower case letters. it could also be that your computer is unsafe and that it has a virus or trojan on it

dont use your same password for other accounts such as twitter or myspace. dont use family names, petsnames, birthdays or other logical dates. try to include some numbers in the new password to make it difficult to guess.
