How do you make your 'tweets' on twitter re-tweet-able?

i have an account on twitter and when ever i 'tweet' something people or my followers can re-tweet it. (people on twitter would know what this means) Recently i have had a friend of mine say that they cannot re-tweet any of my tweet anymore, and i have no idea how to fix it... i have tried settings but that does not help one bit.
Does anyone have an idea how to??

Sounds like some kind of bug but I wonder whether it is on your friends computer or mobile device rather than in your Twitter account. If you'd like to email me your twitter name I will see if I can RT you and let you know...
