Steps are quite simple. Just follow the steps and you are on your way.

1. Go to http://www.salehoo.com and sign up.
2. On salehoo find a wholesale company that sells clothing and jewlery.
3. Set up a site at hostmonster.com. They have hosting, domains, shopping carts, and more for a cheap cost and you can also build your site with their easy site builder.
4. Place the items you wish to sell on the order page of the site and make sure their is a function where users can purchase.
5. Promote the site like crazy.
6. Whenever you get an order, email the wholesale company the order, they'll send it for you and you just made profit.
7. Succeed.
Good luck

First thing buy a domain name, I use godaddy.com to buy my domains. Then you need to host your site you can do that though godaddy or another hosting provider. But most importantly I recommend being able to accept credit card payments yourself by opening your own merchant account, you can go to http://www.merchantisland.com/ it’s fast and easy to apply. I did it and got approved quickly and it was free! I was what they considered to be high risk because of my low credit score but, I was amazed at how fast and easy I was able to get started. My business has taken off since I started accepting credit cards. Hope this helps. Good luck!

Start with this freebie download and the info provided: http://tinyurl.com/yzg3x58

AND BE WILLING to put in effort to market your website store once it is set up !!! It is not as difficult as you might think if you are willing to invest some money and time to do it right! There is no free lunch out there - if anyone tells you differently then you are being scammed.

Start with products that don't require physical inventory... Or also look at some affiliate marketing programs where you get commission for reselling and promoting someone else's product on line.

Here are a few related to digital downloads with full copyright resale permissions...

PayloadZ Affiliate Link: https://www.payloadz.com/affiliates/gen_...h_id=29473

Rockbridge Designs Affiliate Link: http://rockbridgedesigns.com/affiliate-programs/
ClickBank Affiliate Link: http://rservice.reseller.hop.clickbank.net
iProfit Web Affiliate Link: http://iprofit-web.com/affiliated-partners/

Check out ClickBank if you want to sell tangibles like the jewelery and clothing... Good Luck my friend, you can do it!

If you're making the wares yourself, try pages like Etsy. It's free to sign up, but it's exclusive to artisans mainly so if you're importing and selling en masse I would stay away from that. You can also set up a webpage with Blogger, Tumblr etc. and try selling from there. It shouldn't cost you anything except I believe a % of sales if you go thru PayPal. Still it's peanuts compared to your own domain. If you find business picking up you can definitely create your own domain.
Definitely take advantage of social networking sites for marketing as well. A good one is http://www.linkreferral.com

Cheers!

First of all, think if you will earn enough money with that way! Then..

All you need is a PayPal account and a website.

With paypal you can receive payments by your customers. Paypal is the safest and most popular site for transferring money though the web. Its free to sign up there, you can even add buttons to your site, like buy it now
donate, add to cart and a lot more buttons that merchants use. Its so easy to use!
You can sign up here
https://www.paypal.com/cy/mrb/pal=449KYB3Y255HN

Then you need a website. You can sign up for a free blog, it will have .blogspot.com in the end, but thats until you get used to editing your site. It's really simple, you just need some time to find out what to do! It has all the gadgets you need(Offers, search, list, images anything) and its easy to use! You can even find guides by searching on Google!
Sign up here: http://www.blogger.com
After you decide that you don't want the .blogger.com you can remove it and keep your domain, http://www.urlofsite.com by paying 10$ to blogger!

Also, after you made your shop, advertise it. Search here on yahoo answers for people wanting the items you sell and link your blog (Only if that's what they want) so you can get more traffic!

That's all!
