Help!? I don't know what to do. Is my identity being stolen in some form? I am the first person to live in this home, and it's irritating. What can i do? Thanks for your advice Smile

Oh my goodness.. this is called email spoofing!

This has become a huge problem with a lot of peoples email. What is happening is that someone (a spammer or bot) may have hacked into your account. You can try to change your password, this won't keep the emails from coming to you, all you can do is block the sender. If you have any contacts in your address book you may want to see if anyone has been receiving the same emails. If so, then the only thing you can do is delete your account. If your contacts haven't been effected, then you should be ok just by changing your password.

However, if you find that your contacts have been receiving the same email and coming from your address then your only choice is to delete your account

If this is what you have to do, you may want to copy and save anything to your notepad that you want to keep. Same with photos, if you have a Flicker account then you will want to save all your photos to your computer. Anything else that is affiliated with your account will be lost, such as Twitter, Facebook and Yahoo Answers, etc. You will have to create new accounts for those.

Wish there was a better way, much luck to you hon!¸.•*´ツ
