How are the people living in socialist countries feel about a shaky economy in their country?

What? Weak economies are not limited to socialist countries, the United States is hardly doing brilliantly.

Well, if you're looking for truly socialist nations, your options are limited. If you go by the definition given by many on the American right, Canada, all of Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and several others are socialist as they have public education, universal health care and other taxapyer-funded social programs; however, they are all capitalist nations as the free market is very powerful in all of them, even in Sweden and Denmark.

"Socialist" Australia has nearly half our unemployment rate right now.
"Socialist" Finland also has a lower unemployment rate than America at the moment.

Greece, Portugal and Spain are CAPITALIST countries NOT socialist. Please learn the correct definition of socialism.
