With verizon are text messages to Twitter considered out of network?
I have the plan where I have unlimited texts to all verizon carriers and only 500 to out of plan carriers. Are texts to twitter verizon carriers or out of network?

Texts to Twitter are considered out of network. The only thing that is considered in network is when you send a text directly to a Verizon Wireless cell phone number.
