Is it possible to "talk" with celebrities via their Twitter account?
I don't know how to use Twitter too well, but I do see that you can reply to people's posts on Twitter. So, if a celebrity has a Twitter account, is it possible to reply to one of their tweets and is there then the chance that the celebrity will see what you wrote??

Nope. You might still get some response if you are lucky, but it is most likely going to be their publicist or the PR manager.
