how to view a private twitter feed?
is there a free website where i just like, put in a url or something so i can view a private twitter account? I don't want to download anything...

I think you're misunderstanding the word "private".
If the user doesn't want to share their tweets publically, let them be.
To circumvent this security measure would be to hack into and steal information.
