You must first know if there is an audience meaning market interested in what you are offering. Go to "google keyword tool" and search the common term used in your market. If a reasonable amount of people are searching for what you are offering then your next step is to provided useful and actionable content to your visitors by showing them your solution to their problem. Place your target keywords in the title of your website, h1, h2,h3 tag, and description. This is a good start as well as Facebook and twitter are also great ways to do so but not without a target market. Hope this was helpful to you.
