Can someone help me with my twitter please?

Today i changed my password and i logged in, i then logged out and when i try to log in its letting me but i have to type in a security code ( which is when you read the code and type it in), when i type in a security code it lets me log in. Im just wondering why its making me do this? pleasee help its really annoying!

it's doing that as a security precaution, to make sure a computer didn't hack your twitter account and change your password, there ought to be a mobile or email verification in your settings where it will send you a code to enter in to get rid of them
