twitter is sending spam direct fuckn messages?

my twitter keeps sending my hotmail...lots of change ur pass stuff
and when i go on twitter there are lots of direct messages saying that the person has rude pics and imbarrasing videos all over the net..and sending links....i tried resetting my pass but nothing has changed...i d3eleted the direct messages...but it keeps coming up again...wtf is happening...i deleted all the apps from the setting>apps

the same thing is happening with me , but on MSN !
everyday ,, i receive a spanish Message saying :
Your account contains 15.00$ please Log-in to MSN , and cash-out your money
Log-in to MSN ? i'm already logged in !
it's a fake Log-in Page to steal my password !

change your password ???? if you mean :

then it means , someone is typing you e-mail address and then he/she is clicking on "Forgot your password ? "

or it's probably someone who want's to hack your account. just take a look at the sender's name .
is it From Twitter ? or from someone Else ?

Well you know ...they sent me those spanish messages daily and daily ...for 4 months !
i didn't reply. and now they stopped.
