You could try fanfiction.net. Once you get an account, you can post stories and get reviews! Hope this helps.

You might want to take a look at Squidoo. There are people from all over the world who write free pages (called lenses on Squidoo) about anything - except it must be G-rated. Most of the pages are non-fiction, but some people have done mostly humorous ones that are fiction. Squidoo does connect to facebook and twitter so you can send links and updates about your pages. You may also be able to earn a little money from including modules with products related to the topic of your lens. There is a forum where you can ask for others quesions or for a critique after you've published a lens. You can modify, improve and update your lens as many times as you want so you can incorporate suggestions and have fresh up-to-date content.
