My twitter account isn't working?! :(?

I made a twitter account like 2 days ago and it worked well. I got the app for it and it keeps crashing! It says that I don't follow anyone, no followers, and I can't even tweet and it saves to draft. I tried loging in on the internet but it won't let me. I know the password & username is correct ! Please help!

Twitter tells me that your account is suspended. Are you sure you haven't violated any of their rules? Is the app you downloaded reputable? Someone could've hacked your account, so I'd change my other passwords if I were you.
