I have a fitness based website that has the potential to be good, and profitable, but I need to get more traffic. Any tips for me?

I recommend using a web service to help with traffic. There are a variety of ways to build traffic on your own, but they can be expensive, and very time consuming. I have a self-defense website and I use http://www.wilsonwebsiteconsultants.com to drive traffic to my site. It's a monthly subscription, but if you stick with them, it is worth every penny.
