I saw twitter released a new design.. how can I enable it?

You can get the new design only if you download and install one of the official mobile applications, or wait until they'll update it for everyone.

For the Twitter brand pages we need to wait a while, they will release it for the general public in the few months of 2012, that' what they claimed anyway.
