What can I do about my hacked account?

My yahoo and twitter were hacked today... I emailed twitter and yahoo I will get my twitter back in 24 hours but nothing from yahoo!!!! My yahoo was really important to me I had a lot of points on here and all my contacts what can I do it was hacked my a virus from a spam link on twitter

In that case asking for help by clicking the "forgot password" link won't do you any good. In case of a hacked account send a mail describing your problem to account-security-help@cc.yahoo-inc.com. Or call Yahoo: 1-408-349-1572 (personal account) and 800-318-0783 (business account), explain to a customer service person what happened.

If you feel your Yahoo! account may have been compromised, you can
attempt to recover your account using our online password reset
wizard.
Here is how:

1.Go to the wizard at https://edit.yahoo.com/forgotroot/
2.Select My account may have been compromised as the first option.
3.Walk through the CAPTCHA process and follow the other steps as
outlined in the wizard.
