How to get traffic to a blog?

I have had a blog for a little over 2 months. I have a digg account, a twitter account, feeburner, etc. And I get a couple of comments a couple of times. But I want to know how to get a lot of traffic, how to get loyal readers & followers. If there are any experienced bloggers can you give me any tips. BTW, my blog is: http://www.theimjustasking.com/

There are many ways to do get traffic:-
# You can post free classified ads and you need to create effective ads.
# You can exchange traffic i.e. show someones ad on your blog and he will show yours on his.
# Write articles related to your blog and submit it to free article directories and include your blog link in signature.
