How old do you have to be for call of duty elite?
Because every time I press start at the elite menu it says this account is not eligible to register for call of duty elite and I know has been problems and I know this has nothing to do with connection and I have the hardened edition Witch comes with the elite code I put in and it did no work

According to Call of Duty ELITE's Twitter account: "You need to be 18 and older to sign up for Call of Duty ELITE's free sevices or our premium membership."

This is the most recent thing they've said regarding the age restriction. However, they've also previously mentioned that they know they have to be in accordance with different laws and that they are currently working on a solution to lower the age limit.

Also, if you haven't already, fake your age for Call of Duty ELITE on the website, at least you will be able to see what's going on at the website.

Don't worry, I know how you feel. The exact same thing is happening to me. I made my Xbox account nearly 3 years ago under my legit age and I was naive enough to put my real age in (stupid me Tongue).

However, my little 11-year old brother can download M-rated content because I faked his age for him nearly 2 years ago.

If Call of Duty ELITE does not lower the age limit to at least 16, they are going to have to refund quite a lot of people who've input their real ages.

I've tried to look for a way around this age restriction problem by deleting the parental account, changing my DOB on my gamertag's email account but when I turned on my Xbox, it would not let me onto Xbox Live unless I replaced the parental address (which is complete BS on Microsoft's part).

I plan on looking deeper than just obvious solutions and will get professional help if needed.

Either ELITE changes the age restriction or I, along with many others, WILL hack Microsoft to change our ages if need be.
