Can someone help me please? I heard it had something to do with Twitter. I have a Twitter account. now what do i do?

I think you just make an animated .gif picture file. There's free programs you can download that can do it. Do a web search for animated gifs for more info.

Download "micrcosoft gif maker" it can combine many images in just 1 image,jst select time intervel and images
