Is it safe to give PayPal customer service my email address to review my account?
I've had problems with PayPal verifying my bank account. I contacted PayPal by twitter @AskPayPal after messaging them, they asked me for my email address. I just want to know if its alright to give my email to the id' say "PayPal employees". I know for sure that I won't give my password.

Heres an easier way...CALL THEM!!
I had to call them boat loads of time because of there crappy security policies and tossing my account on hold for suspicious activites. Its usually resolved the fastest way, they verify your info over the phone/update if need be. they can also say what part of the verification process you are stuck on etc. This way its a litlle less riskier then sending via email. |
