How do I stop visiting sites like tumblr, dailybooth, twitter etc?

I obsessively check these sites and I want to stop but I can't !!!

easy just go onto the site change the password but instead of putting something u will remember just close ur eyes type random crap then copy and paste it again and there ya go u cant get on it.. or block the damn sites
