Hello, I'm Ellena. I've hacked my friend (D) twitter and mention (S) about her boyfriend bad things with D twitter.. I just wanna make fun do it but it makes S get mad to D.. Now D doesn't know that I'm the people behind this problem.. I wanna tell to her that I hack her twitter and say sorry to her, but I don't know how to say it.. Everyone Please help me !!

please, just tell her! or him, it doesn't matter but one of them needs to find out. this could lead to worse problems and it's better to just be honest then be lying for ages then when they find out they turn on you.

You are gonna loose her friendship most likely if you tell her anything.
Hacking someone's anything can lead to jail time if you didn't know this.
I do hope you realize that wasn't funny and it's dangerous to do things like that.
