How do you put your picture onto twitter?

Im trying to put up a profile picture onto twitter but how do you do it? How do you send pics onto twitter? I have pics on my iPod touch but how do I transfer those onto twitter?

Click on your twitter page, click edit profile, it should say profile image, click on picture and it let's you take one or choose one

You can just go to your profile their you will see photos option and you can upload the photos clicking on upload photos button.
