1) You need to register a domain
2) You need to find a web hosting company
3) You need to hire a web designer/developer (Go to guru.com, you can get your work done for cheap)
4) You need to figure out what technologies you got to use for your site (ASP.net is the hottest right now)
5) You need to decide the layout, features of your site
6) You need to figure out the revenue model (where the money is going to come from)
7) You need to reachout to the right target audience by effectively marketing your site. (The best way is by using google adwords and adverising on Yahoo mail)
