Also tell me what is a twitter follower? If you have used or are still using twitter , please also tell me about your experience and your personal review of this service i.e twitter. Thank you!

Yes, it's free
A follower is a person who 'follows' another twitter'er and gets updates of their 'tweets'
I don't use twitter anymore.
Twitter's a simplified version of the Facebook Wall

yeah its free. On the Twitter Web site "following" someone means you will see their tweets (Twitter updates) in your personal timeline. Twitter lets you see who you follow and also who is following you. Followers are people who receive other people's Twitter updates. Its real fun. Smile

Hi !

yes it is absolutely free . If you want to get updates from any twitter person then follow him/her. follow is a way to get updates from whom you want. let us suppose if you sent a request to a friend on Facebook, if request is not confirmed still you are able to get updates of status or any other activity done by that friends. In the same way if you follow some one you are able to see recent activities of that person.
