I can see that you have got a lot more followers since you created this answer, so you are already on your way :-) One thing you could do is to create yourself an youtube account (it is free). Put in some of your favorites video and make a link to your twitter account. On your twitter account you then link to your new Youtube account. Then people will find it easier to find you.
