how would i contact them? without calling them.

I doubt it, I've seen plenty of fake accounts and have seen others who work with that person even say so! Lots of fraud on twitter and not a thing done about it from what I've seen. With the technology though they can find out, but they won't act on it unless that person does something horrible like kill a person and go on twitter and claim it was another person.
