Where can I find a nice white cocktail dress?

I'm getting married in July. Half-way through my reception I'd like to change into a knee length white dress. I want it to be something nice, it is my wedding afterall! Nothing cheap looking. Which store would you recommend looking at? I'll definitely try White House Black Market.

Just this last weekend we spotted a to-die-for white dress at Francesca's Collections in Omaha (Regency). We loved it but passed on it because "no one was getting married." I'm almost positive the white/ivory, knee-length dress with embellishments is what you have in mind.

Also, we are getting inundated by our reps at Nordstrom with updates of new summer dresses coming in daily. I'd try them as well.
