okay
you probably logged into a phishing site ( a website that looks near identical to the real site and you used your user name and password.) this happens to A LOT of people on facebook and myspace and its pretty easy to make sure it never happens you just need to check the web address before logging in!

if you changed your password your probably safe.

whenever your logging into a website like myspace.com or facebook.com or twitter.com make sure it starts like this
http://www.facebook.com
http://www.myspace.com
http://www.twitter.com

the best thing you can do is to change your password every two or three month
send a message to facebook customer services
don't give your password to anyone

I can be quite sure that it was Koobface worm which infects profiles after finding the cookies in the victim's PC. You should use Spyware Doctor to remove this parasite or these removal instructions to get rid of it manually:

Good luck!
