The cell number gave me showed up for a pastor in Columbia, SC. 351-4921
The address gave me a house on the lake. 13 Beach Rd
The email address gave me an address in Worthington, OH. usmchotguy10
No results online, such as facebook or twitter with his name. E. Welborn

Anyone help??

I've filed 2 police reports, but basically they said that they couldn't do anything until I found more information... which is all over the place.
