Recently made a Twitter account,
and when i sent a Tweet to someone... It doesn't show up on their profile. But they aren't following me... so, do they still get the message? And how do i get people to follow me? Ads |

Whether someone follows you or not, if you send an @ message to them, they WILL see it in their @ replies. They just will not see all of your other tweets.
