If you follow someone on Twitter by mobile phone, does that person get a notification?
Let's say someone doesn't have a twitter account, but wants to follow someone on Twitter. So this person text follow(person's name) to 404040. Does the person getting followed get any notification saying that they just got followed by someone's mobile phone?
You don't need a twitter to follow someone on twitter by mobile phone. You only need an account in case that person sets their twitter to private and needs to approve of anyone following.
